Area G" Citizen's Committee Has First Meeting

On March 8, 2021, the Area G Citizens Committee had their first meeting. The meeting was held virtually on Zoom.

The Citizen's Committee represents a broad range of Area G residents and interests. Members come from all corners of Area G, and represent a variety of professional and personal backgrounds.

The Citizen's Committee kick-off meeting helped Committee members get to know each other, introduced the OCP project, reviewed the roles and responsibilities of the Committee, and gathered initial feedback for staff on key issues in the community. Members of the Committee also provided insight on how to best listen to Area G residents, and how to make sure the project reaches as many people as possible.

The Citizen's Committee will continue to meet regularly throughout the OCP project.
