Online Payment Service Survey

The RDOS is conducting a survey seeking feedback on its online payment service.

The anonymous survey runs until October 15, 2021.

Survey results will help identify any issues or concerns with the online payment service.

Take Survey: open September 1 to October 15, 2021 at 4:30 pm

Electronic banking is available at most financial institutions and allows you to add the Regional District as a payee.

Survey results, analysis and action items will be presented to RDOS Board of Directors and posted on RDOS Regional Connections. The information will also be posted on RDOS Hot Topics and RDOS social media channels, and distributed to local media.

As a result of the 2020 Citizen Survey, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen Board of Directors approved a short follow-up survey to provide further insights into how residents and property owners prefer to engage with the Regional District.

Paper copies of the survey were made available through municipal member offices, local volunteer fire halls and community centres.

2020 Citizen Survey
The 2020 Citizen Survey is an essential tool to evaluate service and program delivery provided by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS). This survey will highlight how communities are using regional services and facilities, gauge how satisfied residents are with those services and help identify areas for improvement. The survey will also help improve communication and community engagement throughout the region.

    Electronic banking is available at most financial institutions and allows you to add the Regional District as a payee. The payee name will vary depending on the bank but is usually listed as "RDOS-Okanagan-Similkameen". Please contact your financial institution for the correct listing.

    Please note, the Regional District does not directly collect taxes. The Provincial Government Agents office is responsible for the collection of taxes in the rural areas of British Columbia. Municipalities collect Regional District taxes directly from citizens within their boundaries.
