RDOS 2025-2029 Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 3102, 2025 was read a first time during the Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2025, allowing community consultation to commence.
Okanagan-Similkameen Regional Hospital Board 2025-2029 Five Year Financial Plan Bylaw No. 172, 2025 was read a first and second time during the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional Hospital District (OSRHD) Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

The Regional District is hosting Electoral Area budget presentations beginning Saturday, January 18, 2025.
The presentations will take place during four roadshow events scheduled throughout the region.
The events will include information about RDOS programs and services, including FireSmart, emergency preparedness, Voyent Alert! notifications, and the curbside collection cart program.

RDOS Finance
The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen's finance department is responsible for the preparation of the annual operating budget that establishes the tax rate for each service the Regional District provides. In addition to taxation, there are local services such as water, sewer, and garbage, which are funded through the use of user fees.
